The official Facebook page of The Key Arena claims that they do not have any WWE events booked for May 4 this year, which is the night of Extreme Rules . It was rumored that WWE would hold the PPV in Daniel Bryan’s home state (Seattle is a couple of hours away from Aberdeen) and center the PPV around Bryan and the big reaction he’d likely get in the city. WWE has not made an announcement about the location of the PPV. They posted the following…
“Unfortunately we do not have WWE on May 4th. We are aware of the rumors that have been circulating. We love having the WWE and WWE Fans in our building and can’t wait to have them back!”
