Ric Flair has reportedly signed a new deal with the WWE. Under the terms of the deal, all of his outside bookings are subject to WWE approval.
Also, while he may be booked outside of the company, there is a clause in his contract that states that if the WWE calls him in for something, then he has to pull out of any outside booking that would be in conflict with the WWE booking.
