— As noted last week here on the website, WWE fired Executive Vice President of Programming for the WWE Network – Matthew Singerman. We’re told Vince McMahon made the call to release him as he’s not happy with the current Network numbers as we’ve been reporting.
— In another executive WWE departure, WWE’s Vice President of Global Digital Sales Brian Maddox left the company last week. It was his decision to leave as he’s now going to work as the Vice President of Advertising Sales for Silver Chalice Ventures. The group creates video channels and new digital media for the sports world.
