The “Mr. McMahon” character played by Vince McMahon may be retired for now as Stephanie McMahon is becoming a new version. WWE is now billing her as the “principal owner of World Wrestling Entertainment” instead of “one of the principal owners.” Stephanie will now be put over on television as the owner of the company.

Since plans didn’t pan out to bring Vince back as an on-air character by WrestleMania XXX, the belief is that he will do appearances when needed (documentaries and specials) but mostly remain off TV for the time being.
