Chris Jericho’s return to WWE will be at least for nearly three months. According to sources, creative plans for Jericho run through Night of Champions on September 21st in Nashville, Tennessee. As previously reported, Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt is rumored for SummerSlam. It’s possible they may “rush” Jericho vs. Wyatt at Battlegrround but it is expected to take place at one of those pay-per-views. They could do it at both PPVs with the rematch happening at SummerSlam but we’ll have to wait and see.
Jericho posted messages to Instagram and Twitter today that indicated he was with his family to hide his return tonight, where her interrupted The Miz’s return promo before being attacked by The Wyatts.
