The Very Latest On Sting’s Status For Tonight’s RAW

Last week, Sting cryptically tweeted, “7.14.14” (today’s date) and a photo of his crow face paint, setting off a lot of speculation about what exactly will be happening today.

WWE recently filmed a Sting promo and the most reliable information we’re getting is that the promo will air some time tonight during RAW. While many fans are hoping Sting will be appearing tonight on RAW, it’s much more likely that the promo was taped to hype two upcoming WWE projects featuring the WCW legend.

Sting will be a playable character in the new WWE 2K15 video game and WWE is also releasing a Sting DVD in September titled, “Sting – The Ultimate Collection.”

As of Monday morning, Sting had not signed on with WWE to appear on RAW. With that being said, fans tuning in to RAW tonight to see Sting “won’t be disappointed” but he won’t be there live.
