According to sources, there are no complaints inside WWE with the payoffs for WrestleMania 30. As previously reported, there was concern that the launch of the WWE Network and the cannibalization of the PPV business that resulted would result in payoffs being greatly reduced, but either that didn’t happen or at least no one is audibly upset over it.
The Rock, Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan all received flat rates for their appearance instead of the usual percentage deal, as they were not advertised in advance and didn’t work a match.
