Why Y2J & Orton Weren’t On RAW, Colter Injured, NXT Firing

— Both Chris Jericho and Randy Orton were both kept off RAW as they were given time off. As previously reported, Chris Jericho’s “Highlight Reel” with special guest Randy Orton will take place on next week’s WWE RAW broadcast. For those who may have missed our earlier report, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were both backstage at RAW but weren’t used.

— According to one source, the reason Zeb Colter is being kept off WWE television as of late is due to the fact that he was legitimately injured from the stiff kick he took from Rusev at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. With that being said, there is also a story going around backstage that he was injured outside the ring. We hope to have more shortly.

— As noted last week here on the website, recently released WWE NXT talent Shaun Ricker was fired over some social media tweets and emails he sent out. One of the main issues was that he re-tweeted many fan comments saying he should have been on TV by now. This didn’t go over well with WWE management as they felt a “rookie” shouldn’t have been doing that and felt that he had a massive ego due to it.
