Report: Vince McMahon’s Total Divas “Rule”

According to a source, Vince McMahon reportedly has a rule in place where no Diva from the WWE Total Divas cast can hold the WWE Divas title. This is something that has been in place for several months now but is one of Vince’s ideas that can change in the blink of an eye.

With that being said, there has been a lot of creative frustration over WWE Total Divas. According to several sources, Vince goes through phases where he wants the RAW storylines to be in-sync with Total Divas. The issue with that is that WWE Total Divas is taped so far in advance that there are communication issues that arise. With several WWE Divas storylines in place, it’s not always possible to have the Total Divas reality show in sync with RAW and SmackDown on a weekly basis and the creative team becomes frustrated as they are forced to edit things from their original plans.

At the same time, it’s said that there are times when Vince doesn’t see the issue as being that important.
