For what it’s worth, WWE.com has removed all mentions of Michael Sam’s invitation to next Monday’s WWE RAW broadcast.
This comes after it was announced on Tuesday that Sam flew into Dallas, TX on Tuesday night and will take a physical for the Cowboys on Wednesday. If Sam passes his physical, the Cowboys intend to sign him to their practice squad, a source said.
With that being said, it appears as though WWE jumped the gun thinking Sam would be available to appear on RAW and that won’t be happening now due to his NFL commitments. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
