AMC is no (mostly) longer doing reality series, which means that their Resistance Pro-based show is no longer set to air at the network. Variety reports that the network has cancelled arm-wrestling unscripted series Game of Arms as well as 4th and Loud, about KISS’ arena football league. They are also not airing the Resistance Pro show, which was as-yet untitled and was initially picked up in May for an eight-episode first season.
The series would have focused on Billy Corgan as creative director of the Chicago promotion and looked at his work behind the scenes as a writer and booker. AMC has given Corgan permission to shop the series elsewhere. AMC will only be continuing on with Talking Dead and Comic Book Men for its unscripted slate.
