Last night on the WWE Network’s live ECW Exposed special, Paul Heyman was asked about which modern stars he thought would make it in ECW. He mentioned CM Punk, who he said is still the “Best in the World”. Scott Fishman of The Miami Herald later brought it up on Twitter and Heyman replied:
