— The Los Matadores were scheduled to work World Wrestling Council’s Three Kings Day event in Puerto Rico but were removed from the ads. They have been allowed to work WWC events (including the recent anniversary show) in the past due to a stipulation in their contracts. No reason was given for them leaving the Three Kings show. Diego has been absent from several WWE events this week because he asked for time off. An injury is not the reason he hasn’t been working.
— A new graphic novel about the life of Andre the Giant will be released next year through Lion Forge Comics. It was written by Brandon Easton and drawn by Dennis Medri. A graphic novel has been released about Andre this year, but Lion Forge has been working on this particular version for years. It’s being released with the approval of Andre’s estate and daughter.
