WWE recently acquired the original WWWF title belt that was worn by Bruno Sammartino. It’s believed that this may be for the rumored physical WWE Hall of Fame. The building is rumored to be in Orlando, Florida when it’s announced.
Dan Lambert of the MMA’s American Top Team collects title belts and said that WWE contacted him about the belt since he owned it. He didn’t say when he was contacted, but he received several other titles from WWE in exchange for the WWWF belt.
