Thursday’s TNA Impact! show on AMC and Sportsnet 360 featured a show closing cinematic Slaughterhouse syX match between The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) and syX (Joseph Sawyer & Samuel Shaw). This cinematic match was notable for Shaw placing a metal trash can over Jeff Hardy’s head and him and Sawyer striking it with axes puncturing it.

Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that TNA officials had planned for Hardy’s upcoming abscense from the company around their upcoming tapings in Canada due to his previous legal issues. These past issues have prevented Hardy from being legally allowed to travel to Canada.
It was reported that Hardy is also currently dealing with bulging discs in his neck but he is currently not expected to undergo surgery for it.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that they believe Hardy could make his return at this December’s tapings in Texas.
