WWE.com has announced that the WWE Network will finally make its debut in the UK and Ireland starting January 19. Vince McMahon released a video message on the announcement, which is available at the above link.
The WWE Network will be available through the web, iOS, Android, gaming consoles, Smart TVs, and digital media players later this month in the regions. The service will be available for £9.99 in the U.K. and €12.99 in Ireland with no commitment.

Starting Monday, Jan. 19, WWE will make WWE Network available in the United Kingdom and Ireland. WWE Network will be directly available on Web, iOS and Android devices, gaming consoles, Smart TVs and digital media players – just in time to watch Royal Rumble 2015 on your big screen TV.
