UPDATE: Here is the latest on the WWE TV situation this week.
Word is that Thursday’s LIVE edition of SmackDown will simply be what was booked for tonight’s RAW, but condensed into two hours.
More details as they become available.
ORIGINAL: With the live WWE RAW show in Hartford tonight canceled, WWE will be presenting a three-hour studio show in the normal time slot.
The WWE event in Boston on Tuesday night has also been canceled. Those who had tickets to the show can get refunds or the tickets can be used for a non-televised live event on June 27th, which is the next time WWE is scheduled to run in the Boston market.
With the Boston show on Tuesday being canceled, WWE will run a live SmackDown show on Thursday night in Hartford, as the storm that caused all of these problems is expected to be cleared up by then.
What WWE had planned for tonight’s post-Royal Rumble edition of RAW will be condensed into the live SmackDown broadcast on Thursday.
