Bad News Barrett Discusses His Goals, WrestleMania Bad Luck

Talk Sport recently interviewed WWE Superstar Bad News Barrett ahead of tonight’s Extreme Rules event. Below are some highlights:

On his goal to become the first British WWE world champion: “Once I’ve done that I want to be the first ever British WWE World heavyweight champion, especially now we’ve got Neville around. I know he’s going to be gunning for it, so I’ve got to step my game up and make sure I beat him to the title.”

On his bad luck at WrestleMania: “I’ve been pretty unlucky in the past when it comes to Wrestlemanias, I’ve not always had that highlighted spot. Fortunately it all came good for me this year and I managed to stay injury-free, which is a rarity in itself… So I was very pleased to get all the way to Wrestlemania, with the only downside being Daniel Bryan stealing my championship.”
