PHOTO: John Cena Teases A New US Title – Spinner Belt?

John Cena posted the following to Instagram, teasing the return of the “spinner” United States Title. For those that on’t remember, Cena debuted the spinner design during his third US Title reign in 2004; it went away after Orlando Jordan beat Cena for the title in March of 2005.
