The main event for this month’s WWE Payback pay-per-view was changed on Monday’s edition of RAW.
At Monday’s RAW, which took place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, a match was made between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, with a special stipulation. The stipulation, set by “WWE Director of Operations” Kane, called for Ambrose to be added to the WWE Payback title match main event, making it a fatal four-way match.
As the show went on, Ambrose would go on to defeat Rollins in the match, which also featured J&J Security banned from ringside per pre-match stipulations. With the victory, Ambrose is officially added to the main event of Payback.
With that said, the new main event for WWE Payback will be Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton vs. Dean Ambrose in a fatal four-way match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
