SPOILERS: WWE SmackDown Results For October 8, 2015

WWE taped the following on Tuesday night, October 6th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown.

– After closing out this week’s RAW, The New Day kick off this week’s SmackDown. The WWE Tag-Team Champions show footage from RAW and brag about taking out John Cena, Dolph Ziggler and The Dudley Boyz. Ziggler ends up coming out and complains about missing his U.S. Open Challenge. Ziggler wants a match against Big E. tonight.

– Big E. def. Dolph Ziggler in singles competition. The Dudley Boyz, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are at ringside for this one. In the end, after a lot of distractions, Big E. scored the pin while holding Ziggler’s foot down.

– Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Natalya beat the team of Nikki Bella, Brie Bella and Alicia Fox, as the Divas Revolution continued on SmackDown.

– Ryback def. Rusev in singles competition. Summer Rae was at ringside for this one. WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens was on commentary during this one.

– Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman cut a promo on Hell In A Cell and tonight’s tag-team main event against Roman Reigns and Randy Orton. Braun ends by saying, “Run Little Rabbits, Run!”

– King Barrett def. Neville via Bullhammer Elbow. Barrett cut a heel promo before the match, however Neville’s entrance ended up cutting him off. After the match, Stardust cut a promo on Neville.

– Randy Orton & Roman Reigns def. Bray Wyatt & Braun Strowman via Disqualification whn Wyatt hit Reigns with a foreign object. After the match, The New Day came out and beat down Reigns until The Dudley Boyz ran out to make the save. Bubba Ray and Devon put Woods through a table to end this week’s show.
