WWE NXT At Louder Than Life Festival Report 10.04.15: Louisville, KY

They had a meet and greet before the first session today. Enzo Amore, Big Cass, Carmella, and Bayley all signed autographs and took pictures. All classy people who were very friendly and looked excited to be there.

1. Unknown result. I missed the first match of the first session due to Skid Row playing.

2. Eva Marie over Alexa Bliss. Eva Marie still has a ton of work to do. There were chants of “please don’t hurt her” towards Eva.

3. The Vaudevillains over Jason Jordan and Chad Gable to retain the NXT Tag Titles. Jordan and Gable did a lot of jawing with the crowd and having a lot of fun. The Vaudevillains hit the Whirling Dervish to retain. They were super over with us, with a lot of “that was manly” chants.

4. Samoa Joe over Tyler Breeze. Breeze did quite a bit of stalling to start. He tried to run the ropes and hit a shoulder block on Joe to no avail. Joe eventually got the submission win. This was the end of the first session. Now to watch Breaking Benjamin.

5. Enzo Amore and Big Cass over Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. Dawson and Wilder dominated a majority of the match, but ventually Cass and Amore got the win.

6. Bull Dempsey over Tye Dillinger. Dillinger came out and was asking who everyone was there to see and specifically pointed out Shinedown Lynyrd Skynard, and ZZ Top then said we’d be seeing someone with real talent. Both were pretty over with tons of “10” chants and “Bullfit”.

7. Bayley over Emma for the NXT Women’s Championship. Bayley was super over here. Tons of “I’m a Hugger” shirts. They started fighting over donuts at the beginning of the match. Eventually after settling in, Emma controlled to start. Hard hitting match. Bailey performed the Belly to Bayley for the win.

8. Finn Balor over Baron Corbin to retain the NXT Championship. Finn is also super over here. This guy is really hitting his stride. Baron dominated most of the match and Finn battled back with the coupe de grace for the win. He did a lap around the ring high-fiving fans.

This concluded the NXT portion of Louder than Life. The announcer thanked us for our support and said they hope to be back soon. Definitely tons of fun to see. NXT is amazing live. Check them out if they’re in your neck of the woods.
