Ring of Honor announced today that Punisher Martinez has been added to the 2016 Top Prospect Tournament. Martinez previously worked ROH events in Baltimore and New York, and is a product of the Monster Factory. The following names have been announced for the tournament, which begins January 9th at the Cabarrus Events Center in Concord, NC…
