Jimmy Snuka Headed Back To Court Later This Week

Jimmy Snuka will return to court in Lehigh Valley, PA on Friday. This is a pre-trial hearing looking at Snuka’s defense requesting that the prosecution be compelled to reveal their discovery (evidence) to the defense or risk being sanctioned by the court. Snuka’s attorney, Robert J. Kirwan, filed the motion on November 15th, 2015. This was the same day that the gag order on the case was set.

Snuka was arraigned back in October 2015 on charges of involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder charges in the death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in Allentown, PA in 1983. At this time, the trial is set to begin on March 22, 2016.
