Muscle and Fitness has a new article looking at the workouts of Vince McMahon. He trains up to seven days a week and sometimes has two sessions a day if he knows he’ll miss one due to his schedule. He rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back. He said his favorite body part to train is his back, which is also his strongest.
After he finishes a body part, he switches to a CrossFit-themed workout of battling rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and sprints. He then does ab exercises. It’s a total of 90 minutes. His trainer Mike Monteforte said: < b>“He has unbelievable strength in his back.”
Keep in mind … Vince McMahon is 70 years old.
