Backstage Updates – Roman Reigns’ Nose Surgery

According to sources, Roman Reigns’ nose surgery appears to have been done to fix a deviated septum. The surgery was done after the storyline angle in which Triple H broke Reigns’ nose on RAW a couple of weeks ago, which was done to cover the reason behind the actual surgery.

Reigns’ post-surgery photos appear to be consistent with the appearance of someone who would have had a deviated septum fixed.
