Monday night’s episode of RAW opened with an “In Memoriam” graphic for Mary Katharine Stewart. Stewart was the daughter of one of WWE’s longtime cameramen, as noted by Mauro Ranallo on Twitter below.
According to WLWT in Cincinnati, Stewart fell from a cliff at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary in Lexington, Kentucky on Saturday afternoon. Firefighters attempted to reach her and after an hour they recovered her body and attempted to move her using a boat on a nearby river. The boat capsized with the firefighters and Stewart on board; they swam to safety and then recovered her body around 5:30 PM. She died of blunt force injuries.
