Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Hulk Hogan has been removed from the upcoming WWE Studios film Killing Hasselhoff, forcing major edits to be made. Hogan filmed his scenes from 2014. After his racist rant was found by the National Enquirer last year, the decision was made to remove him from the film. Hogan was reportedly featured heavily in the first fifteen minutes.
No reshoots were required to make the edits, as producers used footage that was already shot. However, due to how prominently Hogan was featured in the first act, editors had to change almost all of the movie. It will be released this year and is currently being screened for test audiences.
