Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch’s Sentencing Delayed Again – Details

Tammy ‘Sunny” Sytch’s sentencing on her DUI arrests has been postponed once again. The sentencing, which was originally postponed so that the court could do a pre-sentencing investigation into her background, has been bumped from Monday to May 17th at 9 AM in Pennsylvania.

The delay could be that Sytch is entering a program to help with her addiction issues; she noted on social media that she was going on a retreat and wouldn’t be available on social media.

The sentencing iis in regard to her incidents on May 30th, June 1st and June 15th of 2015 in which she was popped for driving under the infulence. Sytch pled guilty to DUI in all three cases. She is subject to a mandatory prison term on two of the arrests, as well as a possible house arrest.
