Lucha Underground has its first female champion. Sexy Star won the Lucha Underground title during Aztec Warfare 4.

Matanza was pinned by Rey Mysterio halfway through the match, while Pentagon “was taken out by four Asian women” that may have been Angela Fong, Io Shirai, Mayu Iwatani and Kaiji Hojo. The final two in the match were Sexy Star and Mil Muertes and Star pushed Muertes through a table before stomping him for the win and the title.

The show will air next year as part of the show’s third season.
