Chyna’s Request To Be Cremated To Be Honored + Chyna Documentary Update

— Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Chyna’s request to be cremated will be honored. The site reports that her manager said that the decision was made this morning not to bury her because “Chyna always expressed to me that she wanted to be cremated. We will adhere to those wishes.”

A formal autopsy will be completed, after which the cremation will take place.

— The documentary that was being filmed about Chyna before her death will be complete. Director Erik Angra told WZ that the film, previously called The Reconstruction of Chyna and which documented Chyna’s return to the US and attempt to rebuild her life will be reworked and finished. It’s now been retitled as The Deconstruction of Chyna.

A spring of 2017 release has been planned for the film.

“Joanie really wanted this documentary to be made”, Angra told the site. “She was really excited about it. It’s about more than just her, but also about these celebrities and the things they go through, how complicated their lives can be.”
