Vince McMahon To Make Announcement Regarding The Future Of RAW At Payback

Vince McMahon will announce the future of RAW this Sunday at Payback. Stephanie McMahon returned to Raw tonight and announced that McMahon will reveal whether Shane McMahon or the Authority will control Raw for good going forward.

Payback takes place Sunday from Chicago, Illinois and air live on the WWE Network.
