According to sources, WWE is aggressively scouting independent talent. They are looking for people that are coachable, which likely means, “athletic people who are good listeners.”

Also, they are going to be very strict when it comes to the background checks. The company is targeting both ROH and Lucha Underground talent, but only if they are contractually allowed to leave when their contracts expire.
