WWE has received an extension on the deadline to respond to the class action lawsuit filed by dozens of wrestlers over health issues. Judge Vanessa L. Bryant granted an extension on November 21st, giving the company until December 23rd to respond. This is the lawsuit that was filed back in July and alleges that the company was responsible for concussion-related issues and other health problems.
In related news, WWE has until December 2nd to respond to the lawsuit by Buff Bagwell and Scott “Raven” Levy that claims they are owed royalties from usage of their matches on the WWE Network.
