CM Punk Says He’s Working On Returning For Another MMA Match

CM Punk was interviewed by FOX Sports while at NHL All Star weekend this past weekend and was asked about his return to MMA. He said that he has been working “feverishly” and has thrown names for possible opponents at Dana White and is waiting to hear any official word. UFC will have a still unannounced show in Chicago this year and Punk said he is waiting to see what the deal is with that.

I am working on it feverishly. I’m throwing names at Dana. Opponents, dates. Waiting for the Chicago show and what the deal is, but if it doesn’t happen in UFC, it’ll happen somewhere else. I’m dedicated to fighting and training.
