Netflix has released two teasers for it’s upcoming series “GLOW”, a wrestling-comedy set in the world of the 1980’s promotion “Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling”. The show has been crafted by Jenji Kohan, the creator of “Orange Is The New Black”. The first season will consist of 10 episodes and will be released on Netflix on June 23, 2017. Allison Brie will star as the female lead, Ruth. Former wrestler Kia Stevens (Karma, Awesome Kong) will also play a role. Chavo Guerrero was the wrestling consultant for the series during filming.
