Spoiler: New Global Force Wrestling Champion at Impact Wrestling Tapings

At Saturday night’s Impact Wrestling tapings, Alberto El Patron defeated Global Force Wrestling champion Magnus (via submission by cross armbreaker) to become the new champion.

Impact Wrestling announced on Thursday’s show that they have merged with Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling. As of now, it looks like the titles are being treated separately, but Impact could obviously do unifications in the future.
