Canada’s Parliament Honors Jinder Mahal

Canada’s Parliament publicly honored Jinder Mahal yesterday on his WWE Championship victory at Backlash. Mahal was born in Calgary and spent his early career working for Canadian wrestling promotions prior to going to the WWE in 2010.


PROGRESS to Crown First Ever Women’s Champion

PROGRESS announced they will be crowning their first ever women’s champion as the main event of Sunday’s Natural Progression Series IV event. The tournament finals was announced to be a Triple Threat match featuring Jinny versus Toni Storm versus Laura Di Matteo. Monday’s show was announced to involve a Number #1 Contenders match for the new title with Kay Lee Ray facing off against Katey Harvey.
