Monday’s Raw brought in an average of 2,696,000 viewers, down from last week’s terrible post-Payback 2,871,000 viewers. It broke last week’s number for the lowest audience of the year and is the lowest since October 31, 2016, which did 2,600,000 viewers. It is again a 20 year low for a show that wasn’t going up against an NFL game and wasn’t on a holiday.
The show was taped in the UK a few hours beforehand and results were available on the internet. Taped shows typically don’t do as well for viewership.
Competition was mostly the NBA playoffs, with Golden State sweeping Utah in game 4, which did 4,515,000 viewers.
Hourly breakdown:
8PM: 2,827,000
9PM: 2,845,000
10PM: 2,417,000
