WWE gave a cyber security presentation from an “expert at a cyber security firm” to the roster at this week’s Raw and SmackDown, according to PWInsider.
The presentation gave tips on how to avoid having their digital security breached (like what has happened to a few wrestlers in the past few months) and tips on how to protect themselves. One scenario that wrestlers were warned to avoid was fans giving them USB drives as gifts, promising “naked photos” on the drive, which would turn out to be a trojan that would allow hackers access to their computers.
No specific WWE-related incidents were mentioned by name at the presentation.
