2017 GFW Bound For Glory Date Revealed

The first GFW branded Bound For Glory pay-per-view event is currently set to occur on November 5th, according to this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter. GFW was also reported to be resuming holding live house show events starting early next month in Connecticut and New York while a tour of the Midwest is planned for this October.


WWE Holding Online Poll for Future Fashion Files Segment

WWE is currently holding an online poll asking fans which ’90s TV spoof they would like to see as a future Fashion File segment on Smackdown. At the time of this article, Tyler Breeze and Fandango playing as vampire hunters from Buffy the Vampire Slayer series was leading at 36% of the fan vote.

The poll choices are:
* The doctors of ER
* The vampire hunters of Buffy the Vampire Slayer
* The crew of Star Trek’s USS Enterprise
* Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor and Al Borland of Home Improvement


Status Update for Southpaw Regional Wrestling

As previously reported, the WWE is currently in the process of producing a second season for their Southpaw Regional Wrestling parody series.

During a recent episode of Sam Roberts’ Wrestling Podcast with AJ Styles as the guest, Styles revealed the WWE recently finished filming new episodes for the show. Styles also revealed he will be making his debut on the show playing a car salesman from Louisiana called Malibu Al.

Styles mentioned working on the show was among his most favorite things he has done in the WWE so far.

“I just did something recently that is on the top of my list of very funny things, Southpaw Regional Wrestling. Oh my God…”
