Kane
Kane was interviewed by CBS Local Sports about his upcoming mayoral run in Knox County, TN and WWE future. The Republican primary election that Kane is running in is in May 2018 and the general election is in August. Knox County overwhelmingly votes Republican, so the winner of the primary will be the likely winner in the general election.
Are you retired from the ring at this point or is that dependent on the outcome of the election?
Kane: We have a saying in the WWE: never say never. So, I can’t answer that question. (laughs)
Kane last wrestled for WWE on December 5, 2016.
