The ratings were delayed this week because Neilsen’s data center is in Tampa, FL, which was affected by Hurricane Irma.
Raw
Monday’s Raw brought in an average of 2,902,000 viewers, slightly down from last week’s 2,932,000 viewers.
Monday Night Football returned on ESPN Monday, with two games, which hurt Raw’s ratings, but probably not as badly as feared. The 7PM game between New Orleans and Minnesota brought in 11,392,000 viewers, and the 10PM game between the Chargers and Denver did 9,938,000.
This time last year, the September 12, 2016 Raw did 2,690,000 viewers against the debut of Monday Night Football, so Monday’s numbers don’t seem too bad.
Raw was #3, 5 and 7 on cable in the 18-49 demographic for the night, behind the two NFL games, “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” at #4, and SportsCenter at #6.
Hourly breakdown:
8PM: 3,022,000
9PM: 2,987,000
10PM: 2,699,000

SmackDown was #2 on cable for the night in the 18-49 demographic, behind American Horror Story on FX.
This time last year, the September 13, 2016 episode of SmackDown Live did 2,658,000 viewers.
It’ll be interesting to see if SmackDown Live finally beats Raw now that the football season has started.
