Last night’s SmackDown Live did 2,510,000 viewers, down from last week’s 2,754,000 viewers, which got a bump from Vince McMahon’s appearance.
SmackDown was #2 on cable for the night in the 18-49 demographic, behind American Horror Story on FX.
This time last year, the September 20, 2016 episode of SmackDown Live did 2,292,000 viewers.
Monday’s Raw did an average of 2,833,000 viewers, so the ratings are getting close to each other.
