It was competing against game 6 of the Astros/Dodgers World Series on FOX. Final numbers are not available for that, but preliminary numbers say it averaged over 19,000,000 viewers.
SmackDown was #2 on cable for the night in the 18-49 demographic, behind American Horror Story on FX.
This time last year, the November 1, 2016 episode of SmackDown Live drew 2,187,000 viewers.
Monday’s Raw drew an average of 2,854,000 viewers.
