Ring of Honor announced last night at their Final Battle PPV that there will be a Women of Honor Championship for their women’s division, and there will be a tournament to determine the first champion beginning at an ROH TV taping on January 20.
Brandi Rhodes, Deonna Purrazzo, Jenny Rose, Jessie Brooks, Kelly Klein, Mandy Leon, Mayu Iwatani, Stella Grey, and Sumie Sakai were introduced for the announcement and will be part of the tournament. Other wrestlers, including wrestlers from Japan’s Stardom promotion will also wrestle in the tournament.
