WWE: More on Styles Injury, WrestleMania 7+ Hours Long, Most ‘Mania Wins

AJ Styles Injury

AJ Styles said in an interview with USA Today that his MCL injury that kept him out for a couple of weeks recently was caused by being “hit in the back of the knee” at some point. He then added, “there’s nothing wrong with me.”

USA Today: The past couple of weeks a lot of fans have been freaking out online over a potential injury you suffered at a Live Event, but you’ve obviously returned to the ring since. What happened there?

AJ Styles: A little of nothing. It was just one of those… got hit in the back of the knee. I think it scared more people than it actually scared me. I knew I was going to make it to WrestleMania, there’s nothing wrong with me.

WrestleMania Will Be at Least Seven Hours Long

On the WWE Network schedule, the WrestleMania Kickoff Show is listed at 5 PM ET and the main card is listed from 7 PM to 12 AM, so it’ll be at least seven hours long.

Last year’s WrestleMania was scheduled from 5 PM until 11 PM and it went until after midnight, though, so it seems like there’s a good chance that this year will also go past midnight.
