New Impact Redemption PPV Main Event Announced After Alberto’s Release

The new main event for the Impact Redemption PPV on April 22 will be an Impact World Championship triple threat match between Austin Aries (c), Fenix and Pentagon Jr. That is a rematch of the Impact vs. Lucha Underground match from Friday night, where Pentagon won.

The original main event for the Redemption PPV was Austin Aries vs. Alberto El Patron, but after Alberto didn’t show up at the Impact vs. Lucha Underground show, Impact released him.
