WWE Building New Performance Center Rumors Update
As noted before, Arkansas television station KARK-TV held a recent interview with Bobby Roode and one of the topics discussed involved WWE’s Performance Center. While answering the question, Roode claimed the WWE was currently working on plans for the construction of a new Performance Center.
In an update to the new Performance Center rumors, Triple H recently debunked those rumors during a media call held on Wednesday for NXT’s upcoming TakeOver: Chicago event. Triple H stated the WWE currently is not building a new facility nor have any plans to do so in the near future. He did state the idea of expanding the current facility is something they have considered for a while as possible future plans.
“We have no current plans for a larger facility that are in the works. It is constantly something we are looking at, growing and evolving, I never want to be stagnant to where we are. The Performance Center is kind of the heart of what we do, because it’s creating the future and it’s churning out all this talent, plus the content we’re creating there. There will be some announcements on some new things we are doing from there soon.
“I’m always open to that idea of expanding out in the future. Is it in my mind? Absolutely. Have we started actually doing that yet or physically going down that road? We have not. But I do appreciate Bobby’s enthusiasm for it, certainly.”
