Dark Match: Amir Jordan defeated Joseph Conners

Tournament Quarterfinals: Zack Gibson defeated Jack Gallagher – Jack Gallagher out first to a big pop. Zack Gibson booed relentlessly. No mic sadly. Liverpool’s No.1 Gibson submits Gallagher with the Shankly Gates after getting a foot up when Gallagher went for a diving headbutt in a brilliant opening match!

Tournament Quarterfinals: Joe Coffey defeated Dave Mastiff – Coffey narrowly defeat Mastiff to advance to the semis in a bruising battle of two bulls. Good very physical match. A discus lariat got the win for the Iron King – he cut a promo after saying he will win the tournament by any means necessary.

Tournament Quarterfinals: Flash Morgan Webster defeated Jordan Devlin – Another really good match, this time a high flying duel as Morgan overcomes a very game Devlin with Eton Rifle, his tilt-a-whirl reverse DDT. Morgan resonated with the crowd, a genuine fan favourite.

Tournament Quarterfinals: Travis Banks defeated Ashton Smith – A strong showing from Smith who won over the crowd despite not being as well known as his opponent, but it wasn’t enough to prevent the impressive Banks scoring the win with a Fisherman Driver.

Toni Storm vs. Isla Dawn vs. Jinny vs. Killer Kelly – Four-way women’s match scrapped five minutes in after Jinny was unable to get to her feet after a flying crossbody to the outside by Isla Dawn on her & Killer Kelly, followed up by a dive by Toni Storm. She is helped to the back. Not good.

In-Ring: Triple H – Triple H comes out and says the other three ladies will finish the match. Loud Jinny chants beforehand. He says the first UK tournament changed what it means to be a professional wrestler in Great Britain. He says the talent have made it so clear they are just scratching the surface. “We are going to give you more.” He welcomes out “living legend” Johnny Saint to tell us more. Crowd chant “we want Mania” Triple H says it’s like he tells his kids, you’ll get what you’ll get. Mr Saint announces “the commencement of the NXT UK brand”. Triple H says we’ll see the best of UK wrestling with men’s, women’s & tag team divisions. First taping July 28/29 in Cambridge. Aug 25/26 Insomnia Gaming Fest in Birmingham Oct 13/14 Plymouth Pavillion Nov 24/25 LIVERPOOL OLYMPIA!

Toni Storm defeated Isla Dawn and Killer Kelly – Storm won after pinning Dawn with an Air Raid Neckbreaker. Storm will challenge NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler tomorrow night at the Royal Albert Hall.

Tournament Semifinals: Zack Gibson defeated Flash Morgan Webster – Gibson crushes all the dreams of the fans in London with a hellacious Helter Skelter on the entrance ramp on Webster then makes him tap out to the Shankly Gates! Liverpool’s No.1 is in the final of the UK tournament.

Tournament Semifinals: Travis Banks defeated Joe Coffey – Banks reaches the final with a clever pin after a barnstorming match with Coffey. The Scot is livid & beats him down post-match, hurling him into a ring post & hitting a Discus Lariat. Banks is clutching his left arm…

British Strong Style (Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate, Trent Seven) defeated Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong) – Fantastic match – so much fun to watch – as British Strong Style manage to outwrestle & outsmart Undisputed Era. That had a bit of everything. Breathless action from bell to bell.

Tournament Finals: Zack Gibson defeated Travis Banks – Liverpool’s Number One Zack Gibson forces Banks to submit to the Shankly Gates to win the UK tournament! He will challenge WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne tomorrow night! A hell of an effort from Banks and a tremendous match but the Scouser reigns supreme in London! Gibson attempts to cut a promo but Dunne interrupts him & gives him a slap. They are held apart by Johnny Saint. Liverpool’s Number One won’t be deterred & he then treats the fans in London to a special version of Allez, Allez, Allez!
